30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Catcha Cap! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and show no signs of damage or excessive use. Please contact us at krisbeezcreations@outlook.com before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Personalized or Custom Items
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
