Catcha Cap Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale purchasing is available to approved retail businesses purchasing Catcha Cap products for resale. All wholesale accounts are subject to approval.

Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order is 25 pieces for both opening orders and reorders. Retailers may mix and match Catcha Cap Classic Clip-On, Necklace, and Kids styles to meet the 25-piece minimum.

Wholesale Pricing
Approved retailers receive current Catcha Cap wholesale pricing. Wholesale prices are subject to change. Retailers will be notified of significant pricing changes when practical.

Suggested Retail Pricing
Catcha Cap provides suggested retail prices (MSRP) as a guideline only. Wholesale retailers are free to establish their own retail selling prices, including prices above the suggested retail price, based on their individual market and location.

Payment
Payment is due at the time the wholesale order is placed unless other payment arrangements have been approved in advance.

Shipping
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the retailer and will be calculated based on the order. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the retailer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact Catcha Cap within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to correct the issue.

Returns
Wholesale orders are generally considered final sale. Returns or exchanges must be approved by Catcha Cap in advance. Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise will, of course, be addressed separately.

Resale
Wholesale products are purchased for resale by the approved retailer. Catcha Cap products may not be resold to another wholesaler or distributor without prior approval.

Account Approval
Catcha Cap reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or discontinue a wholesale account when necessary.

Agreement
By submitting a wholesale application and placing a wholesale order, the retailer acknowledges and agrees to these Catcha Cap Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
